we had a wonderful stay in Bellevue. There was a minor issue but Dan was extremely responsive and the place we stayed was gorgeous. Beautifullu restored buildings in a quaint little town. I would highly recommend checking one of Dan's places out.

This was a fantastic place to stay! we had the jacuzzi suite and it was just perfect! The outdoor hot tub has a perfect location right next to the river. so peacful!!!

We paid for a smaller room but were offered a larger one for the same price. He was amicable and showed us around Potter's Mill while showing us the room. A+

This little cabin next to the Mississippi was amazing! Everything was exactly as described and Dan was a great host. Beautiful view of the river and lots of great little shops in town. Our stay was great and super enjoyable!

This cute and cozy tiny home was the perfect weekend getaway! Exceptionally clean and efficiently designed, it offered a cozy, high-quality experience with a loft bed and a fully stocked kitchenette. We loved the private hot tub and stunning views of the river. My husband enjoyed fishing just steps away from the tiny home. Dan and Annie answered any questions that we had very quickly. Highly recommend for a relaxing escape! We cannot wait to stay again!

This Airbnb was a nice quiet stay that we were able to walk downtown to explore and were a good driving distance to Maquoketa Caves and Dubuque. Friendly town and fun to explore the natural sites around it

Really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful views of the river and the house had everything we needed. The AC wasn’t working for our visit, but Dan was proactive and had a portable unit in the space before we arrived. Everything was clean and comfortable! Had a great time, thanks Dan!

A beautiful little house on the river, a charming town, everything you might want for a couple’s short getaway. Solid communication, good amenities. We loved it. No complaints, 5 stars.

The location is wonderful! It is right on the river. The camper was clean and well stocked. I would stay here again. Dan met us at check-in to make sure we had everything we needed. This was a great stay!

The River Rock inn was perfect for our niece's wedding in Bellevue. Extended family in for the weekend and the mansion had plenty of space for everyone. Great kitchen/great room for family gatherings & meals throughout the weekend. With every room having it's own bathroom, a huge bonus for us given that we had 14ppl getting ready for the wedding Saturday morning. Dan quickly responded to every message/request, and was flexible with check in and check out times which was important to our group as we had ppl coming from different areas/states, and some varying flight times as well. A beautiful spot on the river that was easily walkable to downtown Bellevue which is a very cute little town. Would definitely recommend the River Rock Inn and hope to stay there again in the future.
