The hosts are friendly and professional. They provide a comfortable, clean, and safe environment for their guests to relax and enjoy the breathtaking surroundings. My son and I stayed in one of the tiny houses in 2021 while he was a teen. Five years later and he wanted to go again as an adult. We brought his older half-brother this time and stayed in the cabin. All of us had a great time. Excellent fishing spot for the two of them and a much-needed week of relaxation and enjoying nature for me. Bellevue State Park just across the street gives you an amazing view of the valley. Caught the sunrise there one morning and it was well worth waking up early! 10/10 recommend this place

My father passed and they made other arrangements for us.So I could take my grandson.. It was bunderfall.They were so sweet and kind There was nothing I didn't like.. It was amazing.

I loved spending my birthday in Tiny Home #3, especially watching the river traffic and birds from the swinging chair. Loved the mini hot tub after sunset! Everything was very clean and the host left a little bag of chocolates marked "Happy Birthday" for me---how thoughtful. This is my 2nd time enjoying the park. My daughter got married at the state park in 2023 and Dan hosted 28 of my family members across this establishment. I highly recommend this as a relaxing stop or vacation destination!

We loved the suite on the 3rd floor and it was great to be able to sit in the common area to eat dinner. We met Ann and learned all about the Mill and how they were developing other properties in the area. Ann told us we could use the kitchen facilities on the 2nd floor. The bed was really comfy and the small kitchen area was helpful. We loved the Jacuzzi tub in the step up bathroom and appreciated the grab bars. Bed and bathroom were fine. Wish it was not raining so that we could use the outside hot tub.

Loved the history. The room was clean and comfortable. The property is incredible with the creek in the back...very relaxing. The owner was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the history of the property. We'll be back.

For a quick stay, absolutely loved being so close to the river. Loved hearing the train go by at night as well. If you are stopping by in town for a night or two, this is simply perfect. Everything was great, just make sure you realize that you are staying in a campground.

This is our fourth year at River view little house and we love the set up. The fishing wasn’t the best but the scenery is amazing and so relaxing

We stayed with 5 adults for a wedding at Potters Mill and had a great time! Cabin was clean, spacious and in a perfect location. It was very well equipped and the view was top notch. Would definitely stay again if we return to Bellevue.

My husband and I spent the entire weekend here. Upon arrival, They had put a bottle of wine and a special card in our room to welcome us! The paranormal investigation that took place that Saturday was a bit much, considering we didn't hear any noises, tapping things like that, until Saturday night when this "show" came about. It was very quiet on our floor but it came from the 2nd floor where everyone else was staying and playing.
